Donation Receipt Policy

Once a donation is made, the transaction details should be emailed to sarhuldreamfoundation@gmail.com. Donations must be transferred directly to the official bank account of Sarhul Dream Foundation. Upon confirmation, we issue a donation receipt along with the applicable tax exemption documents, either via email or postal address as requested.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Case 1: Double Payment or Incorrect Amount

If you accidentally donate twice or enter an incorrect amount, please email sarhuldreamfoundation@gmail.com with a valid reason. After verifying the details, we will process a refund within 30 days. Please note that transaction charges (if any) will be deducted.

Case 2: Transaction Canceled but Amount Debited

If your transaction is canceled midway, and the amount is debited from your bank account but not received by us, the issue must be resolved between you and your bank or payment gateway.
